Siamo Noi, meaning“This is Us” is a heart project. It is dancing in your kitchen on a slow Sunday evening, without a worry in the world beyond your glass of wine and the wooden spoon caressing your pan, bringing to life the expression ‘made with love’.
Siamo Noi, offers our hearts on a plate. Inspired by his many years in the industry, Chef Marco Bertoldini pays homage to classic Italian dishes while integrating a contemporary influence, bringing to life an experience boasting both in nostalgia and reverie.
Specializing in handmade pastas, we crafted our menu with the finest ingredients sourced from Italy and Europe, balanced with locally seasonal produce, culminating in the ultimate ’Montreal’ experience.
Our passion is reflected in every corner of this project, from the imported Italian tiles and wines, to our exceptional service. We honor the simplicity and beauty of Italian culture.
